Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms apply when you (an individual or business, collectively the "Customer") register for and use Ordin — a platform for managing content, schedules, and digital signage screens. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accounts and Workspaces

  • Each registration creates a separate workspace (tenant), logically isolated from other workspaces.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • A workspace owner may invite additional members (users) to the same workspace to help manage it.

2. Plans and Payment

  • Ordin offers several service plans with different screen-count limits. The default (trial) plan has screen and storage limits as shown on the Plans & Usage page.
  • Payments are processed through our partner, PayOS. Ordin does not store card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
  • Once a payment is confirmed, the corresponding plan and its limits are activated for your workspace shortly after (typically instantly, via an automated webhook).
  • Unpaid or cancelled orders will not activate a service plan.

3. Content and Devices

  • The Customer is fully responsible for the content (images, videos, web links) they upload and play on their screens, and must have full usage/copyright rights to that content.
  • Pairing a device (screen) with a workspace is done using a pairing code shown in the Player app. Each code can only be used once and has a limited validity period.
  • The Customer is responsible for managing playback schedules to ensure content plays at the correct time, on the correct device.

4. Customer Obligations

  • Do not use the service to play content that violates Vietnamese law, infringes copyright, or harms third parties.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the system, other customers' workspaces, or interfere with the service's operating infrastructure.
  • Provide accurate information when registering an account and making payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." Ordin strives to ensure system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, loss of network connectivity at a screen's installation site, or hardware failures of the Customer's device.

6. Termination

The Customer may stop using the service at any time. Ordin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that seriously violate these terms, after reasonable notice (except where a violation threatens system security and requires immediate action).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms over time. The latest version will always be published on this page along with the update date.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
